Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $250 is required. This security deposit is payable at check-in. |
Reservation Deposit:
Advance deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental charge including tax is required within five days of verbal acceptance of a reservation. Reservations will not be considered firm until this deposit is received. |
Cancellation Refunds:
Prompt refunds of advance deposits will be made upon cancellation of reservations as follows: |

| 16 to 30 days......................................50% REFUND |
| 15 or less days....................................NO REFUND |

| Please note: Cancellation Policy also applies to transfer of dates and/or unit types. |

Daily Rentals:
A minimum of a two-night rental is required for the dates of Oct. 23, 2008 - May 20, 2009. |
Special Rates and Minimum:
Special events are somewhat higher and will be quoted upon request. A three night minimum is required for holidays and for the dates of May 21 - Oct. 21. Rates are based on four occupants for a two bedroom and six occupants for the three bedroom deluxe. Additional adults and children over 12 are $5 per day per person. |
